Manufacturer to wholesaler
After batch release, finished medicines move under invoice and Form 20B/21B documentation to authorised wholesalers with proper storage capability.
Wholesaler to retail pharmacy
Wholesalers supply licensed retail pharmacies, hospitals and institutions on the basis of orders and licences. Batch and expiry information is recorded at each transfer.
Cold chain where applicable
Products requiring 2–8°C storage move through validated cold-chain logistics with temperature monitoring and recorded excursions.
Recalls and traceability
If a quality issue is detected, batch-level records make it possible to identify affected stock and recall it from the distribution chain.

Contact usFrequently asked questions
Why do wholesalers and retailers need drug licences?+
Drug licences ensure that only qualified, inspected entities with proper storage handle medicines — protecting patient safety.
What is FEFO stock rotation?+
FEFO — 'first expiry, first out' — ensures that stock nearing expiry is sold first, reducing waste and the risk of dispensing expired medicine.
